Working for a global business you will be responsible for and manage contracts and on-going relationships with customers, suppliers of materials or services. Duties will include: -Managing / Preparing relevant documentation for tender process -Managing Bid process and co-ordination of internal responses/provision of associated internal project reporting -Managing existing contractual obligations & reviewing processes -Providing risk analysis relevant to existing/new contractual requirements across materials, service and equipment -Creation and on-going management of supplier rebate agreements -Monitoring changes or developments within the industry -Evaluating customer needs -Working with sales leaders to identify further sales or financially beneficial opportunities It is essential that you have previous experience within a similar role, with expertise in bids and tenders. You will ideally be educated to degree level in a business field or equivalent. Certified Commercial Contracts Managers (CCCM) desirable.
