Clark James Insurance Recruitment are working with a leading Mid Kent based Insurance broker with a fantastic reputation built over many years.

Due to continued expansion a new role is being created within their Compliance and HR function. The role will assist with the implementation and monitoring of FCA standards including communications with the regulator and cascading information through the company.

The successful candidate MUST have some recent Insurance Compliance experience and be very familiar with the principles of TCF as well as be well versed in the function and requirements of the FCA.

The role will involve file audits, producing TCF reports, monitoring staff competency and reporting back to the board and keeping abreast of any new FCA regulations. There will also be a really interesting HR element involved in the role so it is very varied with no two days being the same.

The successful applicant should have a good eye for detail and excellent communication skills, be able to record and add to appraisals and document HR related meetings.

Salary is very much negotiable, the company are looking for the right person so have an element of flexibility.
