Office Administrator / Site Secretary Location: Dover, Kent Contract type: Temporary Start date: 2nd August 2017 (ASAP) Duration: 2 - 3 weeks Salary/Rate: £8 - £9.50 per hour Full Time Hours: 7:30am to 5:00pm, Monday - Friday Randstad CPE Contact: Lizzie Dodd or Louise Pridmore (Maidstone branch) Are you organised and reliable with admin experience? We are currently looking for an experienced Administrator for a full time role based in Dover. The Role: This role in Dover will be working with a construction company and you will be based on site. Duties: The duties will be as follows: Updating staff contact details Taking minutes in meetings Assisting the team with general admin duties Binding / filing / scanning documents Collating information together Meeting and greeting visitors at reception Answer incoming calls to the office and transfer to the relevant staff member or fielding calls You must have: We are looking for a candidate who has previous experience working within an office environment and who has previously worked as an administrator.
