Temp HR Advisor
Duration - 3 months
Hours - Mon - Fri 9am till 5.30pm
Pay - To be discussed based upon experience
Location - Rural Sevenoaks
Immediate start date

I have a fantastic company looking for someone to support and provide supervision to the HR team. HR experience is essential to this role. You must also be computer literate with MS Office packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Your duties will include
-Manage team performance against KPIs to ensure accuracy and quality of correspondence;
-Ensure that all processes are reviewed, fit for purpose, and delivered in a timely and efficient manner;
-Develop standard templates and documents for use by the Coordinators;
-Oversee the teams use of HR Systems.
-Liaise with Payroll for service delivery needs.
Working as a senior member of the HR Admin team who are responsible for;
* End to end employee lifecycle
* New starter contracts / contract changes
* References
* Recording and issuing letters for maternity, paternity and immigration
* Managing stakeholder relationships both internally and externally; and helping to upskill managers to ensure the delivery of the end to end employee lifecycle
* Responsible as the point of escalation for internal stakeholders and ensure the organisation works inline with employment legislation

Key Accountabilities
-Lead and motivate People Coordinators team
-Monitor workload coming in via people services inbox and distribute work accordingly
-Manage multiple stakeholder relationships, to deliver on expectations
-Review current processes to identify opportunities to streamline and improve service


Key Experience/ Skills
-Previous experience of managing HR Operations, ideally in a shared service environment
-Experience of leading and motivating a small team
-Comfortable in working in a fast paced environment, open to change
-Track record of process improvement and efficiency
-Conversant with using HR information systems such as Business Objects or itrent
-Ability to occasionally travel to other offices if required
